Subscription Terms & Refund Policy

Certain features and functionalities of the Platform may be made available on a paid subscription basis ("Subscription"). By opting for a Subscription, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any related taxes in accordance with the pricing, billing, and payment terms displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, typically on a monthly cycle of thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By purchasing a Subscription, you expressly authorise the Company and its authorised payment service providers to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

The Company reserves the right to revise or modify subscription plans, pricing, billing cycles, features, or eligibility criteria at any time, subject to prior notice where required under applicable law. Any such changes shall apply from the next billing cycle, and continued use of the Subscription after such modifications shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised subscription terms.

In the event of non-payment, failed payment, or payment disputes, the Company may suspend or restrict access to subscription-based features until the outstanding amounts are successfully settled.

Subscription provides only access to platform features or enhanced visibility and does not guarantee responses, enquiries, matches, transactions, or outcomes of any nature.

Certain features, add-ons, premium listings, or enhanced functionalities may be subject to additional fees, usage limitations, or separate commercial terms, as communicated on the Platform.

All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), which shall be levied and collected in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.

Users may cancel their Subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting the Company. Upon cancellation, the Subscription shall remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further subscription charges shall be applied thereafter.

Except as expressly required under applicable law, the Company does not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, unused features, early termination of subscriptions, or plan downgrades.

Refunds, where applicable, may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments, technical billing errors attributable solely to the Company, or other exceptional circumstances, as determined at the Company's discretion. Any approved refund shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the policies of the relevant payment gateway and financial institutions.

In the event of fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the user, the Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the user's account and take appropriate recovery actions.

Nothing in this Refund Policy shall limit or exclude any statutory rights or remedies available to users under applicable consumer protection laws.
